If anything on this site is wrong — a fact, a source, a status grading, a badge — we want to know, and we will fix it in public.

How to submit

Email corrections@thestory.today with:

• the page and the exact claim you are challenging;
• what you believe is correct;
• a source — primary if you have one (a report, court record, Hansard entry or official publication).

Challenges to a status grading are welcome in both directions — evidence that something graded partial was delivered counts just as much as evidence that something graded implemented was not.

What happens next

We check the source, correct the page if the challenge stands, and record material corrections in the log below. The content behind this site lives in version-controlled files, so every change to the record is itself on the record.
